We look forward to meeting you and welcoming your talent to our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of assets and people, as well as acting as a support point for unit communication. * **Surveillance and Patrols:** Conduct fixed or mobile surveillance (periodic patrols) to prevent intrusions, thefts, or damage to assets. * **Access Control:** Monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, service providers, and vehicles, strictly adhering to identification protocols. * **Telephone Support:** Operate the telephone system (PABX or extensions), screening calls, providing basic information, and efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments with courtesy and professionalism. * **Public Interaction:** Receive individuals at the gate or reception area, guiding them regarding internal procedures and security regulations. * **Incident Management:** Record all observed anomalies during the shift—such as equipment malfunctions, lights left on, or unauthorized access—in the designated logbook (physical or digital). * **Monitoring:** Monitor CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems and alarms, responding promptly upon receiving alerts. * **Shift Handover:** Conduct shift changeovers by verifying the status of equipment (radios, flashlights, keys) and reviewing recent incidents. * **Emergency Protocols:** Act according to the contingency plan in cases of fire, power outages, or intrusions, contacting relevant authorities (Police/Fire Department) when necessary. * **Radio Communication:** Use professional and concise communication codes (Q Code). * **Active Certification:** Valid Security Guard Training Course and up\-to\-date refresher training (in accordance with current legislation). * **Security Experience:** Prior experience in asset protection security posts or industrial/commercial front desk roles. * **Communication Skills:** Previous experience in public interaction or telephone support is a significant advantage, ensuring clarity and professional etiquette. * **Basic Computer Skills:** Proficiency in completing digital reports and operating monitoring/telephony systems. * **Behavioral Profile:** Vigilant demeanor, punctuality, discretion, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. * **Perimeter Inspection:** Verify closure of gates and windows, and functionality of electric fences or motion sensors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Active Certification:** Valid Security Guard Training Course and up\-to\-date refresher training (in accordance with current legislation). * **Security Experience:** Prior experience in asset protection security posts or industrial/commercial front desk roles. * **Communication Skills:** Previous experience in public interaction or telephone support is a significant advantage, ensuring clarity and professional etiquette. * **Basic Computer Skills:** Proficiency in completing digital reports and operating monitoring/telephony systems. * **Behavioral Profile:** Vigilant demeanor, punctuality, discretion, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. **Additional Information** * **Meal Voucher \- per workday** * **Transportation Voucher \- round trip per workday** * **Life Insurance** Welcome to GSS Segurança, where we build a professional and reputable company, ready to save the day for our clients!
