




Job Summary: Professional responsible for inspecting maintenance and cleaning services, controlling pouches, and managing administrative purchases and scheduling. Key Highlights: 1. Inspect and direct maintenance and cleaning work 2. Manage administrative purchases and pouch control 3. Coordinate maintenance services and documentation \-Inspect ASG work (cleaning checklist, schedule) \-Pouch Control \-Inspect and direct the work of the Maintenance Assistant \-Inspect landscaping \-Monitor vehicle checklist \-Administrative purchases (administrative supplies for office and field use, delivery points, SDVs) \-Send documentation and grant service providers access to the base \-Contact IT regarding base telephony, printers, and Wi-Fi; \- Open IT tickets and monitor them with IT, not with the service provider. \-Schedule services according to the maintenance schedule (pest control, air conditioning maintenance, water tank cleaning, and drinking fountain filter replacement) \-Supply PEs with cleaning products \-Bulletin board checklist \- Pest control, duct cleaning, water tank cleaning, air and water potability testing. Fire Department authorization and operating license.
