This is a remote position, with occasional in-person recording sessions directly at client locations (with expense reimbursement). Employment Type and Compensation: CLT or PJ (to be negotiated) Salary: R$ 1.800 **Social Media Routine and Execution** You will manage the client’s social media end-to-end, focusing on consistency, quality, and results: 1) Planning and Strategy Understand each client’s positioning and target audience Define editorial lines (e.g., authority content, sales content, behind-the-scenes, social proof) Organize weekly/monthly editorial calendars 2) Content Production Script content (primarily Reels and Stories) Direct filming: angles, scenes, dialogue, takes, and recording dynamics “Translate” what the client does into simple, clear, and persuasive content 3) Editing and Design Edit short videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) with cuts, captions, and rhythm Create graphics and carousels aligned with the client’s visual identity (using Canva or similar tools) Adapt formats for feed, Stories, and Highlights 4) Publishing and Profile Management Schedule/post content Organize Highlights, bio, feed identity, and visual consistency Respond to comments/DMs as agreed (when applicable) 5) Reporting and Optimization Track metrics (reach, retention, saves, clicks, leads) Identify top-performing content and adjust the plan accordingly Suggest improvements and new ideas based on results **Ideal Candidate Profile** Strong writing skills and creativity to turn ideas into compelling content Organization and accountability regarding deadlines Familiarity with Instagram (Reels, Stories, trends, hooks, CTAs) Experience with Canva and basic video editing (CapCut/Adobe/your preferred tool) Ease in interacting with clients and recording in person when required Industry * Marketing Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Remote work Work Location: Hybrid remote for Belo Horizonte, MG
