Join our family! **Responsibilities and Duties** Among your responsibilities are: * Monitoring the meal preparation process; * Guiding staff on proper food handling practices; * Assessing food storage conditions and determining appropriate locations for storing each product; * Inspecting storage equipment conditions (refrigerators, ovens, and cold rooms); * Controlling received goods, recording receipt date and supplier; * Collecting and storing samples of each prepared food item; * Staying updated on current legislation regarding food storage and handling, as well as refrigerator and cold room temperatures; * Enforcing proper use of PPE and uniforms by staff; * Establishing equipment cleaning schedules; * Performing other departmental procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience as a Nutrition Technician is desirable; * Active CRN TD registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Additional Information** Living near Tijuca Shopping Center is considered an advantage. * Coco Bambu currently operates 98 units across Brazil.
