For over 20 years in the city, we are one of Petrópolis’s leading restaurants. Our focus is on high-end buffet-by-weight services, renowned for exceptional quality and an extensive variety of dishes, offering one of the city’s finest gastronomic experiences. Our story began in 1997 in a small roasted chicken shop located in the Alto da Serra neighborhood of Petrópolis. Over time, the owner identified strong customer demand for side dishes such as chicken salad, farofa, and mayonnaise—items that quickly became popular. Soon after, we opened a small self-service buffet. In 2002, we inaugurated a new unit in the city center, achieving success through outstanding quality and service, firmly winning the preference of Petrópolis residents—and now also tourists. Another unit opened in 2004, located in the heart of the city on one of Petrópolis’s most traditional and prestigious streets: Rua 16 de Março. After years of excellent service and delivering one of the city’s finest experiences, we launched a new unit in Itaipava at the beginning of 2021, offering a rotating snack buffet and Japanese cuisine, as well as a delicious à la carte menu served during evening hours. In 2023, we inaugurated another unit in Botafogo\-Humaitá, bringing our full quality and expertise to Rio de Janeiro.
