This person will deliver consultative service to customers interested in exchange programs; assess client profiles, goals, and budgets to recommend optimal destinations and courses; conduct detailed presentations on schools and universities abroad; and handle higher-complexity negotiations. They will also support the store manager in tracking targets, ensure proper management of the sales pipeline within the internal system, and participate in store promotional events and activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Activities for this Role:** * Deliver consultative service to customers interested in exchange programs. * Assess client profiles, goals, and budgets to recommend the best program and destination options. * Conduct detailed presentations on courses, schools, universities, and application processes. * Handle higher-complexity negotiations, ensuring balance between customer satisfaction and company commercial policies. * Support the store manager in monitoring targets and performance metrics. * Manage the entire sales pipeline within the internal system, ensuring timely data updates and pipeline control. * Participate in events, trade fairs, and store promotional activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Interested?!
