Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a SENIOR FINANCIAL PLANNING ANALYST are:** * Analyze and review Business Plans and their respective financial models, ensuring consistency of assumptions and projections with the company’s official information; * Support identification of scenarios, risks, and analyses to aid leadership decision-making; * Contribute to managing the annual budget cycle, including preparation and consolidation of materials and tracking project prioritization; * Support forecasting cycles, consolidating and validating financial information in corporate systems; * Manage budgetary governance in systems such as SAP and EPM Hyperion, ensuring balance control and proper resource utilization; * Develop and maintain financial controls, databases, and management reports, guaranteeing quality, reliability, and agility in accessing information; * Interface with business, finance, and IT departments, contributing to continuous process improvement and data quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, Think\-Cell, SAP FM, and Hyperion (Oracle).
