Job Summary: Responsible for specialized maintenance and operation of primary mobile or fixed network systems, including multivendor operation and maintenance of backbone transport networks and advanced troubleshooting of L2/L3 protocols and optical networks. Advanced troubleshooting of L2/L3 and optical networks Description: * Bachelor's degree preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science-related fields; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience in multivendor operation and maintenance support for telecom operators' transport networks; * Experience in converged environments covering fixed and mobile networks; * Experience in validating new solutions in production environments; * Experience in IP + optical solutions; * Experience with L2 and L3 protocols; * Programming language and scripting skills are desirable; * Virtualization knowledge is desirable; * Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies is desirable; * Bonus: Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, programming, and AI technologies such as Power BI, Grafana, Python, Alteryx, databases, etc. Work Arrangement: * Hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with on-call rotation; * Work location: Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro-RJ. Main Responsibilities: * Perform multivendor operation and maintenance on backbone transport networks; * Support the deployment and engineering teams for new products/services across fixed, mobile, and corporate domains; * Perform configuration programming on multivendor-based networks; * Develop scripts and processes for automation (Python, JAVA, HTML); * Conduct advanced troubleshooting of L2/L3 protocols and optical networks; * Develop metrics for service-level analysis; * Perform trend analysis and behavior analysis based on statistical network and service data; * Interface with procurement teams to define/track RFI and RFQ; collaborate with engineering teams (optical, IP, mobile, fixed, corporate), IT, Corporate Security, IT Security, and commercial departments to provide technical support for new services; * Participate in and support on-site interfaces with internal and external stakeholders; * Plan, execute, and support scheduled activities on the backbone transport network; * Plan and execute disaster recovery; * Prepare technical reports; * Perform logical acceptance testing of transport equipment and services. 2511140202461868426
