




The Financial Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Finance Department's routine activities, with a focus on contract entry, billing issuance, accounts receivable control, and delinquency monitoring. The role will involve direct interaction among the Commercial, Administrative, and Accounting departments, ensuring accuracy of financial information and process compliance. Key Responsibilities * Enter and verify contracts in the financial system; * Issue customer invoices (service and product tax invoices), send them to customers, and track until payment receipt; * Manage accounts receivable, monitoring due dates, amounts, and payment status; * Record special conditions, cancellations, and various Quality Department-specific requirements into customer contracts to ensure accurate and reliable billing; * Accurately clear received receivables and perform bank reconciliation; * Support sending bills, invoices, and financial reports to customers; * Monitor delinquency and contact customers to resolve outstanding issues; * Support monthly financial closing, including reports on receipts and cash inflow forecasts; * Maintain up-to-date customer and contract records; * Clarify customer inquiries regarding issued bills and tax invoices via phone or email, aiming for transparency and trust in the company’s financial control; * Provide financial information and documents to the Controller and Accounting departments, in accordance with company standards. Requirements * Education: Completed high school (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields is desirable); * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in financial operations, preferably focused on accounts receivable or billing; * Knowledge: * Financial systems (Senior system preferred); * Issuance of electronic tax invoices (services and products); * Intermediate Excel (control spreadsheets and reconciliation).
