This person will deliver consultative service to clients interested in exchange programs, map client profiles, goals, and budgets to recommend optimal destinations and courses, conduct detailed presentations of schools and universities abroad, and handle complex negotiations. They will also support the store manager in tracking goals, ensure accurate sales funnel management within the internal system, and participate in store promotion events and activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key responsibilities for this role:** * Deliver consultative service to clients interested in exchange programs. * Map client profiles, goals, and budgets to recommend the best program and destination options. * Conduct detailed presentations of courses, schools, universities, and application processes. * Handle complex negotiations, balancing customer satisfaction with company commercial policies. * Support the store manager in monitoring goals and performance outcomes. * Track the entire sales funnel in the internal system, ensuring up-to-date information and pipeline control. * Participate in events, trade fairs, and store promotion activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Interested?
