Involvement in long-term international projects **JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- Supervise and guide work teams in executing production process activities; Supervise and direct the team in conducting system and subsystem tests; Act as the interface between staff and management; Plan and assign tasks; Produce and review all documentation required for system start-up. Review work procedures; Plan, supervise, and control system development across all project commissioning phases; Prepare reports and schedules for operational system and subsystem tests; Manage resources, costs, and timelines for commissioning activities; Monitor process quality standards; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives; Provide technical information regarding systems/subsystems; Interface with VENDORS for system support; Interface with the client for system approval and handover. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** -------------------- Mechanical Commissioning Supervisor * Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields) * Advanced English (will be tested) * Experience in plant commissioning and start-up (FPSOs) * Experience managing systems from Mechanical Completion through Performance Testing to Client Handover. * Experience with Process Systems, Utilities, Compression, etc. * Experience preparing commissioning documentation, including performance test manuals, reports, and schedules. * Proven experience in team leadership; \- Flexibility to work overseas on long-term projects. **BUSINESS UNIT** ----------------- Seatrium Limited
