This professional will serve as a technical reference, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and leading high-complexity analytical initiatives. **Responsibilities:** Develop, train, and validate statistical and Machine Learning models. Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis formulation. Translate business problems into analytical and predictive solutions. Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Define metrics, KPIs, and experiments (A/B tests). Support strategic decisions through data storytelling. Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices in data usage.
