We strive to make Globo increasingly diverse — in representation and thought — learning from each other and fostering creativity and innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Structuring and evolving the Talent Acquisition data agenda, connecting the entire area’s journey — from employer branding to attraction, selection, and onboarding — with an end-to-end perspective; * Developing and strengthening the area’s analytics function, expanding the use of data in decision-making and strategic insight generation; * Creating and maintaining executive and analytical dashboards, ensuring consistent KPIs, integrated visibility, and continuous performance tracking; * Analyzing data across the Talent Acquisition journey, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for efficiency, quality, and experience; * Applying analytical techniques — such as segmentation, clustering, and predictive modeling — to support decisions and evolution of the area; * Exploring and promoting the use of Artificial Intelligence in Talent Acquisition, contributing to digital evolution and value creation for the area; * Acting consultatively with leaders and stakeholders, translating data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and strategic guidance; * Identifying gaps and proposing data-driven solutions to drive continuous improvement of the area; * Supporting Talent Acquisition budget management, linking investments to efficiency and outcomes; * Building high-impact executive materials and narratives to support decision-making; * Collaborating with People Analytics, Talent Management, and other HR teams to align and jointly advance the data and AI agenda; * Staying connected with market practices, trends, tools, and innovations in data, analytics, and AI, contributing to the area’s continuous evolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in analytics and data analysis; * Knowledge of applied statistics; * Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence applied to business; * Advanced Power BI and PowerPoint; * Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Apps); * Experience developing executive materials. **Knowledge that sets you apart:** * Experience in People Analytics or end-to-end journey analysis; * Knowledge of SQL; * Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling; * Experience with predictive models, clustering, or recommendation systems; * Experience with agile methodologies. **Additional Information** **Why join Globo:** Come — let’s build stories and technologies together.
