Learn more about Galapagos: http://galapagoscapital.com/ **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Executing billing and payment processes; * Participating in the implementation of new processes and systems; * Ensuring daily account reconciliation and supporting supplier and customer accounting reconciliations; * Collaborating with accounting and tax departments; * Participating in the development of monthly financial KPIs; * Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections, and preparing and consolidating managerial and economic-financial data; * Conducting collections (for overdue customers), negotiating payment terms and amounts, and maintaining updated records related to these activities; * Retrieving bank statements; * Managing advances; * Proposing process improvements and redesigns. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with TOTVS/Protheus system. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * CLT employment contract; * Company-specific PLR (Profit Sharing Plan); * Meal and Food Allowance; * Health and Dental Insurance; * Transportation Allowance.
