We are expanding our team to develop and evolve a high-impact institutional technological platform. We adopt agile practices and iterative cycles. We seek professionals with strong technical foundations, a collaborative mindset, and interest in working on projects that integrate software engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence. Employment Type: CLT. Work Mode: Remote or Hybrid (to be agreed upon). Objectives: Design and operate Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions in production, ensuring performance, reliability, and continuous monitoring throughout the model lifecycle. Responsibilities: * Implement training and re\-training pipelines. * Version data and models. * Build inference APIs and services. * Monitor model performance and data quality (e.g., drift detection). * Work with containerization and deployment environments. * Collaborate with Data Scientists to transition models into production. Requirements: * Experience deploying ML models into production. * Experience with Python and Machine Learning frameworks. * Experience with Docker. * Knowledge of best practices for versioning and CI/CD. * Practical understanding of fundamental Machine Learning concepts. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with LLMs and RAG architectures. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience with model monitoring. * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
