**Description:** **Job Description:** CIEE Rio is looking for dynamic professionals with academic qualifications in the areas specified in the requirements, who are interested in working with young apprentice profiles, delivering training sessions to prepare them for the job market. Temporary Opportunity - RPA (Autonomous Payment Receipt). Availability required on Tuesdays from 08:30 to 17:30. Workload: once a week on Tuesdays; one additional day every fifteen days on scheduled dates; Total: 6 working days per month. Salary: per class hour. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the behavioral and technical development of youth aged 14 to 24; Planning of training sessions according to the program's methodology; Conducting group activities to develop and/or identify behavioral and technical competencies within the groups; The professional will be responsible for the pedagogical and administrative management of their work groups. Direct contact with companies for joint monitoring of apprentice development; Recording administrative information through digital documents: Technical Reports, Performance Evaluation Reports (Individual), Incident Reports, Competency Assessments per apprentice, attendance registration, class monitoring; Communication via phone calls and email with companies hosting the apprentices; attending to apprentices and company representatives (in person and by phone); Monitoring apprentice absences and lateness, reporting them by email to the company. **Requirements:** Experience in education, classroom management, training and development, performance evaluation, and administrative routines will be an advantage. Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Service, Administration, History, Geography, Languages, or related fields; Easy access to Vassouras.
