Analytical and solution-oriented profile for handling operational incidents Main Responsibilities Route planning and monitoring Delivery and pickup monitoring Support for drivers and assistants Operational indicator control Shift scheduling and documentation management Handling of operational incidents Coordination with managers and other departments Requirements High school diploma completed (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred) Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or operations Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Analytical and solution-oriented profile Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.521,65 \- R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
