Job Summary: Drive the mobile unit to provide in-person service to customers, potential customers, and agents, delivering information and recording service requests and feedback. Key Highlights: 1. Issuance of service requests **CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/DRIVER** **Responsibilities and Duties** Drive the mobile unit to conduct in-person service for the CONTRACTOR's customers, potential customers, and other agents involved in the marketing and/or operation of the various products and services offered by the Distribution Companies, providing information, issuing service requests, and registering customer complaints, suggestions, and compliments (BT retail); Provide support by conducting service at branch offices. **Requirements and Qualifications** Be at least 18 years old; Completed high school education; Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); Distribution Companies' customer relationship systems; Distribution Companies' procedures and normative instructions; Windows; Internet; Portuguese language; Electricity sector legislation. **Location:** Volta Redonda Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Mode: On-site
