




We are seeking a Generalist HR Analyst to strategically and operationally support our people management processes. We are looking for someone with a systemic perspective, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships, who can support employee development and strengthen organizational culture. * Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes * Implement and monitor IDPs – Individual Development Plans * Participate in the implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR processes * Organize and execute Training and Development (T&D) initiatives * Support leaders on people management matters and climate improvement * Ensure alignment between HR practices and organizational strategies * Conduct site visits when necessary (willingness to travel) * Prepare reports and metrics Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education: * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * Psychology, Bachelor's Degree * Human Resources, Technical Course Driver's License: Category B Personal vehicle Willingness to travel
