**Requirements and Qualifications:** * Education: Completed Elementary School. * Experience: Previous experience in the role or related areas of cleaning and maintenance is desirable. **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and initiative. * Good communication and ability to work in a team. * Flexibility and adaptability to different routines and schedules. **Main Responsibilities and Duties:** * Keep windows, surfaces, and accessories clean whenever necessary, perform general sweeping to ensure constant maintenance of cleanliness in the factory's external areas; * Perform cleaning and maintenance of utensils to keep them in usable condition. * Maintain clean and organized spaces such as restrooms, locker rooms, service areas, kitchen, dining room, outdoor areas, break rooms, offices; * Organize, clean, and collect waste from the yard, as well as the waste center. * Prepare coffee during the shift and distribute bread in the morning period; * Daily restock hygiene supplies in designated areas, such as liquid soap, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.; * Heat all meals according to employee break schedules so that everyone can have their meals at the proper temperature during lunchtime. * Carry out activities following Safety and Quality standards.
