Job Summary: An intern to support the Production Processes team, contributing to operational improvement and efficiency through data analysis and implementation of improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with departments such as Quality, PCP, and Maintenance We are seeking an intern to work alongside the Production Processes team, providing practical support to improve and enhance production process efficiency. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about work instruction development, productive data analysis, and improvement implementation, thereby contributing to operational stability, quality, and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Support in developing and reviewing work instructions and process flows; * Monitoring production orders; * Collecting and analyzing production data; * Assisting in time and motion studies; * Supporting improvement implementation and non-conformance handling; * Interfacing with Quality, PCP, and Maintenance departments to ensure production process stability and efficiency. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Preferred qualifications: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Basic knowledge of production processes; Familiarity with continuous improvement tools.
