You will be responsible for: Ensuring the development of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans for machines and equipment across all production areas to guarantee optimal operation. Ensuring all MWOs (Maintenance Work Orders) are processed and converted into service orders, while arranging workforce availability, material resources, service timing, third-party contracting when required, procurement of materials as needed, and inventory knowledge. Responsible for managing maintenance KPIs (IDMs), measuring the efficiency of all scheduled and unscheduled activities—such as MTTR and MTBF—as well as maintenance availability, costs, reliability, and providing all collected data to your manager. Responsible for people management within your team—including vacations, working hours, hour banks, headcount, turnover, feedback, and 360° evaluations.
