The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for ensuring the integrity, compliance, and reliability of the company's accounting information. Strategically participates in the accounting closing process, analysis of financial statements, and fulfillment of tax obligations, thereby supporting management decision-making. Performs a specialized technical role with autonomy to critically analyze accounting data, support executive leadership, and guide the team. **Key responsibilities:** · Coordinate and execute the monthly accounting closing; · Prepare and analyze balance sheets and financial statements; · Ensure compliance with tax and accounting obligations; · Manage and monitor ICMS (Rio de Janeiro); · Prepare managerial reports to support decision-making; · Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, and provide technical guidance to Junior and Pleno Analysts. · Respond to internal and external audits; · Propose improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.
