If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Monitoring and operating the Task Mining tool, including configuration and collection monitoring, ensuring data quality and organization. * Conducting data analyses to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process optimization. * Contributing to process mapping and review, supporting the identification of improvement opportunities and increased operational efficiency. * Developing, updating, and monitoring operational and strategic indicators, ensuring data quality and generating analyses that support area decision-making. * Consolidating information and preparing materials for reports, presentations, and follow-ups. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Management Processes, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of process mapping and improvement tools and methodologies (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma); * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. #### **Nice-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications):** * Knowledge of Task Mining tools. * Experience in processes and operational efficiency. * Knowledge of Power BI and automation. **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM, Monday to Friday **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (gym network); * Life insurance.
