Involvement across multiple processes: kitchen, dining area, delivery, finance **Job Description** We are looking for a **Process Analyst** to conduct mapping, study, analysis, and diagnosis of **all administrative and operational restaurant processes**, with emphasis on efficiency, standardization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. This professional will play a strategic role in understanding business operations and proposing improvements that directly impact operations, customer experience, and financial results. **Key Responsibilities** * Study, map, and document restaurant administrative and operational processes (kitchen, dining area, delivery, procurement, inventory, finance, HR, etc.); * Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, rework, waste, and improvement opportunities; * Diagnose operational and administrative issues, proposing practical and applicable solutions aligned with the restaurant’s reality; * Develop and implement process improvements aimed at increasing productivity, quality, standardization, and cost reduction; * Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), manuals, and flowcharts; * Monitor process-related performance indicators (KPIs) and support management decision-making; * Collaborate with managers and operational teams to ensure correct implementation of proposed improvements; * Support internal training related to new processes, routines, and operational standards; * Ensure processes comply with internal policies, industry best practices, and legal requirements. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Process Management, Gastronomy (with management focus), or related fields; * Prior experience as a Process Analyst, preferably in food service, restaurants, bars, or similar sectors; * Knowledge of process mapping (flowcharts, BPM, SIPOC, or similar); * Strong analytical skills, systemic vision, and results orientation; * Good communication skills for interaction with operational and administrative teams; * Organizational ability and skill in clearly and concisely documenting processes; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and analytical tools. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in medium- or large-scale restaurants; * Familiarity with operational and financial KPIs in the food service sector; * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar; * Familiarity with restaurant management systems (POS, inventory, procurement). **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical and investigative mindset; * Proactivity and ownership mentality; * Ability to collaborate across diverse departments and hierarchical levels; * Focus on practical, operationally applicable solutions; * Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
