Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and physically-financially monitoring production activities, ensuring alignment with the annual budget and strategic goals. Key Highlights: 1. Act as an interface among various departments and lead technical meetings. **Job Description** Responsible for planning, controlling, and physically-financially monitoring the Concessionaire’s production activities, ensuring alignment with the annual budget (CAPEX and OPEX), contractual guidelines, and strategic goals. Monitor contracts through trend analyses, performance indicators, and financial forecasts to support decision-making and the definition of action plans. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, monitor, and present performance indicators (physical, financial, and contractual); * Prepare monthly physical-financial trend analyses and budget forecasts; * Monitor cost and schedule variances, proposing action plans and corrective measures; * Support the issuance of technical opinions related to budgeting, planning, and control; * Lead and participate in technical meetings with third parties and the Granting Authority; * Act as an interface among construction teams, supervision, designers, consultants, and the Granting Authority; * Support the presentation of results, management reports, and monitoring dashboards, ensuring alignment with the annual plan. **Technical Requirements** * AutoCAD 3D (proficiency in reading drawings) * Intermediate to advanced Excel * Power BI * Microsoft Project (Essential) * Knowledge of technical standards and regulatory agency procedures (DNIT, DER, ARTESP) is desirable * Familiarity with engineering software and project management tools will be considered an advantage. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields aligned with the responsibilities of this position
