Contribution to the improvement of internal processes Controller Analyst Position Description We are looking for a Controller Analyst to join our team and play a strategic role in monitoring the company’s financial and operational performance. The professional will be responsible for preparing managerial and financial analyses and reports, evaluating the economic viability of projects, supporting decision-making, ensuring budgetary control, and contributing to the enhancement of internal processes within the Controller Department. Responsibilities * Prepare and consolidate managerial and financial reports (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, performance indicators, dashboards, etc.); * Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted results, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities; * Support the preparation and review of the annual budget and forecast (periodic financial projections); * Prepare and monitor economic and financial feasibility analyses for projects and developments; * Monitor costs, expenses, margins, and profitability by cost center, development, or SPE; * Support KPI management and provide managerial information to the executive board and other company departments; * Contribute to the evolution of internal processes, automation of routines, and integration of controller systems. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Controller functions, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Corporate Finance; * Experience in financial feasibility analysis is desirable; * Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas); * Knowledge of indicator analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting; * Knowledge of Power BI, UAU ERP, and financial modeling applied to feasibility analysis and cash flow analysis is desirable; * Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented profile, with strong communication and teamwork skills; * Results-oriented mindset and critical thinking to identify risks and propose financial and operational solutions.
