Provide technical support to internal and external maintenance teams The gym is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Supervise gym maintenance activities, ensuring proper operation of electrical, hydraulic, and infrastructure facilities. Plan and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance services for building systems and equipment, adjusting schedules according to unit operations. Provide technical support to internal and external maintenance teams, guiding compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage maintenance requests and records, maintaining an updated history to assist decision-making. Conduct periodic inspections at units in Barra da Tijuca and South Zone, identifying needs for adjustments, repairs, and improvements. Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards in the field of operation, including procedures related to NR\-10 and NR\-35\. Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Leader, or Services Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Technical qualification required.
