A professional welding training course is required. Experience with various types of welding is required. Knowledge of technical drawing is required. A personal vehicle is required for commuting. * Meal allowance: R$220.00 for the first month worked, R$320.00 for the second month worked, R$420.00 (permanent) starting from the third month worked. * Fuel assistance Calculated based on the distance from your residence to the company, offered starting from 4 km away, with a maximum cap of R$326.00. * Attendance bonus: R$120.00 (starting from the second month). * Department-based performance bonus. * Annual performance-based bonus. * Health and dental insurance plans available upon enrollment (after 6 months of employment). * Group life insurance. * Workplace gymnastics every Tuesday. * Quick massage available by appointment.
