Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform manual silviculture activities in seedling production, forest establishment, and maintenance processes, ensuring the safety, quality, and productivity parameters established by the company; * Whenever necessary, participate in various forest seedling production processes, clonal garden establishment and maintenance, seedling selection, dispatch, manual cargo handling, and handling of inputs required for production according to Technical Instruction (TI); * Carry out forest establishment and maintenance processes according to Technical Instruction (TI); * Conduct pest, disease, and weed control according to the specific Technical Instruction (TI) for the activity; * Assist in supplying, loading, and unloading inputs, equipment, and implements; * Perform activities meeting the quality parameters established by the company; * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), 5S, SIGA, and occupational safety standards, contributing to continuous improvement programs; * Participate in prevention and firefighting efforts against forest fires and frosts; * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), 5S, SIGA, and occupational safety standards, contributing to continuous improvement programs; * Eliminate exotic species in plots and reserves according to Technical Instruction (TI); * Support organization of living areas and the work environment.
