BUTCHER Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off Contract type: CLT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Unload received goods and store them properly in refrigerated chambers to preserve and maintain product quality * Thaw products requiring this treatment, verifying appropriate temperature and required quantities for production to avoid waste * Handle products according to predefined cuts, observing quality and expiration dates of pieces to ensure maximum product utilization * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the area and utensils * Comply with regulations established by Health Surveillance and the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary education * Prior experience required INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY All our positions are open to people with disabilities.
