




Description: Must-haves in your profile: * Degree in Production Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (diploma or degree completion); * Experience in Supply Chain, Finance, or Commercial Analysis roles; * Advanced English for commercial negotiations and executive presentations (the selection process will be conducted in this language); Additional qualifications that would be a plus: * Spanish language proficiency; * Experience in the category you will support (Maintenance, Airports, IT, Cabin Materials, Contracts, Customer Experience/Projects, or Insurance); * Experience in the aviation sector; * Certifications in Procurement, Negotiation, or Project Management. The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are: * Contribute to defining and executing the sourcing strategy for assigned categories, supporting achievement of established objectives; * Collaborate with leadership to define the procurement plan based on historical needs and new demands; monitor execution, prepare monthly reports, and analyze deviations in schedule, benefits, and scope—proposing corrective actions; * Achieve specific procurement objectives while adhering to established protocols and systems. Support supplier negotiations and lead the procurement process for assigned product or service groups; * Conduct quantitative (financial) and qualitative analyses, as well as scenario modeling, to evaluate margins, costs, and forecasts—strengthening negotiation and procurement strategies; * Compare alternatives and recommend optimized solutions aligned with OpCos’ financial and operational objectives, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery; * Support the closing of procurement processes, ensuring adherence to timelines, terms, and conditions per the sourcing strategy; * Support continuous improvement of contracts and strategic negotiations, seeking synergies and significant cost savings across Group companies; * Prepare and consolidate reports, comparisons, and presentations for strategic and leadership meetings, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information; * Internal consulting support: guide Group areas in identifying and contracting appropriate products and services aligned with organizational and operational needs; * Compliance assurance: ensure adherence to OpCos’ and Group’s Procurement and Supply policies and guidelines, also advising business units. 2512220202491879230
