**Fibromar Group has an open position in the PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLIES department.** **Location: Pinheiral – RJ** **Work model: On-site** We are seeking a **Procurement/Supplies Analyst to manage the strategic acquisition of materials, inputs, and essential services for operations.** This is a key role to ensure competitiveness, agility, and cost efficiency, directly contributing to business performance. Responsibilities: * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of materials, focusing on inputs used in civil construction and sanitation. * Identify and qualify new suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and optimal commercial terms. * Manage contracts and purchase orders. * Ensure alignment among procurement, production, engineering, and logistics. * Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking. * Track market trends, price fluctuations, and opportunities for cost reduction. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with construction materials, PEAD, hydraulic fittings, infrastructure, or heavy construction. * Experience managing high monthly volumes and multiple suppliers. * Knowledge of import processes (not mandatory).
