A national HR solutions company focused on recruitment and selection at all levels and segments, operating across several Brazilian states through partnerships. **Responsibilities:** Work in Production Planning and Control (PCP), connecting commercial demands to the factory's production capacity. Analyze orders forwarded by the commercial department, evaluating deadlines, volumes, and priorities. Define and communicate to the production department immediate manufacturing requirements. Ensure products are manufactured within established deadlines. Seek cost reduction and efficient utilization of productive resources. Monitor production scheduling, ensuring alignment among demand, inventory, and operational capacity. Previous experience as PCP Assistant, PCP Analyst, Planning Assistant, or PCP Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. Completed high school education required.
