**The Fibromar Group has an open position in the LOGISTICS department (Operations & Dispatch).** **Location: Pinheiral – RJ** **Work Model: On-site** We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to work directly at the core of operations: issuing fiscal invoices, planning delivery routes, organizing dispatch manifests, managing drivers, and monitoring inventory. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring agile, organized, and efficient logistics—from order receipt through final delivery to the customer. Responsibilities: * Issue outgoing fiscal invoices and oversee all documentation related to dispatch. * Prepare dispatch manifests and ensure accurate cargo verification. * Plan and optimize delivery routes, considering deadlines, costs, and vehicle capacity. * Manage drivers: scheduling, shifts, working hours, and performance. * Control material inflow and outflow in inventory. * Monitor logistics KPIs (On-Time Delivery, returns, discrepancies, costs). * Track order flow jointly with Sales and Production departments. * Ensure fiscal and organizational compliance across all processes. Requirements: * Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or distribution. * Proficiency in issuing NF-e and basic knowledge of taxes. * Ability to organize routes and manage fleets. * Experience in inventory control and cargo verification. * Familiarity with ERP systems (Omie, Bling, Totvs, or similar). * Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented profile.
