




Description: * Completed higher education; * Postgraduate degree is a plus; * Experience in team management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; * Experience in the sanitation sector will be considered a plus; * Valid driver's license (Class B); * Availability for travel. * Coordinate and integrate commercial activities related to billing, revenue collection, debt recovery, meter reading, and measurement, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company guidelines; * Directly lead supervisors and analysts, promoting ethical, respectful, collaborative, and results-oriented management; * Manage operational teams (meter reading, sales, and telemarketing collections) indirectly, ensuring strategic alignment, process standardization, and continuous performance monitoring; * Design, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports, providing qualified support for decision-making; * Guide and develop analysts in data analysis and interpretation of results, strengthening a data-driven management culture; * Support the definition and execution of billing and collections policies, including strategies to reduce delinquency and handling judicial and extrajudicial collections; * Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, support resolution of complaints, and proactively drive continuous improvement of departmental processes. 251221020255499486
