We are seeking a Workshop Coordinator to work with a client in the transportation sector, responsible for managing mixed fleet maintenance, leading teams, and controlling operational processes.

We are seeking a Workshop Coordinator to work with one of our clients in the transportation sector.
**Responsibilities**
Management of mixed fleet maintenance, including light, utility, and heavy-duty vehicles;
Planning and control of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance;
Diagnosis of mechanical failures in diesel and Otto-cycle engines.
Coordination of external mechanical roadside assistance;
Inventory control of spare parts and supplies;
Cost-benefit analysis between in-house maintenance and outsourced services;
Tire management, retreading, and fuel consumption control;
Monitoring of fleet performance indicators;
Leadership and guidance of mechanical technicians and assistants;
Ensuring execution of safety inspections;
Implementation and monitoring of operational processes and routines.
**Requirements**
Solid experience in automotive mechanics, including light and heavy-duty vehicles;
Experience in fleet management and maintenance;
Proven experience leading workshop teams;
Ability to structure processes and organize routines;
Knowledge of maintenance cost control;
Experience in diagnosing mechanical failures;
Familiarity with maintenance management systems;
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Desired Qualifications:* Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor's Degree

* Precision Mechanics, Bachelor's Degree
Driver's License: Class B
