Your mission will be to lead brand and product development, connecting market insights, consumer behavior, and cultural trends to build positioning, identity, and storytelling strategies. Ensure consistency between product, communication, and experience, acting as the link between innovation, marketing, sales, and communications. **Responsibilities:** Develop new brands and products from concept to launch. Define identity, narrative, and commercial strategies. Conduct market research and monitor trends. Support the sales team with training and materials. Monitor KPIs and propose actions to achieve goals. Plan budgets and participate in strategic planning. Lead the team, promoting development and engagement. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Postgraduate/MBA in Branding, Strategic Marketing, or Innovation is desirable. Experience in product development or brand management. Experience leading teams. Experience in innovation projects and FMCG (preferably food/snacks). Advanced English proficiency. Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
