The apprenticeship program offers significant opportunities for knowledge acquisition and development, better preparing young people for the job market. Currently, we work with two major partners: CIEE \- A 2-year contract, under which the apprentice gains practical experience at the company and attends theoretical classes at CIEE. SENAI \- Vocational courses in administrative and industrial areas are offered, where professional training occurs exclusively at SENAI; the contract duration varies by course and may be 1 or 2 years. Responsibilities and Duties * Fulfill the apprenticeship contract. Requirements and Qualifications * Be between 14 and 24 years old; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Reside in Santa Cruz do Sul or Vera Cruz. 2512250202491269335
