Job Responsibilities: * Define and coordinate engineering projects and solutions in accordance with applicable technical standards; * Optimize project solutions to achieve technical and economic efficiency; * Analyze, review, and issue technical opinions on projects developed internally or by third parties; * Assess the implementation feasibility of proposed solutions and coordinate involved teams; * Prepare technical reports, drawings, and sketches for construction execution; * Support the development and updating of *as-built* projects. * Execute tasks in compliance with environmental legislation and project-related best environmental practices. **We are looking for candidates with the following requirements and competencies:** * Minimum 6 months of formal employment experience (CLT); * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Knowledge of highway technical standards; * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering design software; * Leadership and team management experience is desirable. **What We Offer:** * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role; * Flash Meal Card; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Gympass; * Group Life Insurance; **For us, the process is as important as the outcome—we believe each day offers an opportunity to learn from the diversity of people who make up our team.** Set your course toward the future.
