**Job Description:** • Develop, implement, and monitor the company's Leadership Development Program. • Map training needs with managers and create learning paths aligned with organizational strategy. • Conduct trainings, workshops, and leadership meetings. • Evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives, proposing continuous adjustments and improvements. • Promote skill development training. • Identify training needs with managers and departments and deliver trainings. • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate technical and behavioral training programs. • Manage training partners and vendors. • Support initiatives to strengthen company culture and values. • Conduct and analyze climate surveys, proposing action plans. • Administer the performance appraisal process, from communication to results analysis. • Support management in defining individual development plans (IDP). • Support the development of profiles identified for succession planning. • Monitor performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management. **Requirements:** • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. • Postgraduate studies will be considered a differentiator. • Experience in Training & Development, with focus on leadership development. • Experience implementing and monitoring leadership development programs. • English proficiency will be a differentiator. • Knowledge of strengths-based methodology (Gallup) will be a differentiator. • Proficiency in digital tools (ERP, office suite). • Willingness to travel. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:18 **Benefits:** Fuel allowance or transportation voucher, both fully paid by the company; On-site cafeteria; Monthly attendance bonus; National Unimed health plan; Dental plan; Education assistance; Longevity bonus. *Apply through the Divulga Vagas website!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
