Focus on continuous process improvement We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic and collaborative team. **Role:** * Perform all duties inherent to the position in accordance with the company's internal standards and regulations regarding safety, health, quality, and environment. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and coordinate all operational processes; * People management and headcount control; * Lead operational process execution as required by the process; * Maintain necessary contacts (clients and management) to convey information and expedite decision-making within your scope of authority; * Ensure achievement of performance indicators for assigned processes, with a focus on their continuous improvement. * **Report to supervisor.** **Competencies and Experience:** * Completed bachelor's degree; * Experience in people management.
