




Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or technical/technological program related to the IT field. * Basic knowledge of Windows. * Familiarity with Java Applications (general understanding of functionality; coding is not required). * Knowledge of communication protocols: FTP, FTPS, SFTP, SSH, IMAP, POP, SMTP, etc. * Strong written communication skills for preparing reports and manuals. * Good verbal communication skills. * Technical English (for reading documentation). * Basic knowledge of databases.
