Join Cogna. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Internal Communications Management: Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage leaders and employees. * Strategic Planning Development: Build and execute the strategic plan for the internal communications area. * Demand Management: Organize and prioritize team requests, ensuring timely delivery of results across concurrent initiatives—even under pressure and tight deadlines. * Team Management: Lead a team of 7 people, including writers, designers, and analysts.
