




Description * Supervise and integrate activities in the following areas: **Finance, Taxation, Procurement, Contracts, Planning, and Quality**; * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls; * Monitor cash flow, cost analysis, budgets, and financial results; * Guarantee tax and fiscal compliance in coordination with accounting; * Coordinate procurement processes, quotations, negotiations, and supply control; * Supervise contract management, renewals, and document control; * Monitor strategic planning and support the execution of corporate goals; * Promote and supervise practices of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring process standardization and continuous improvement; * Prepare managerial reports and present results to senior management; * Encourage the technical and behavioral development of teams under responsibility. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in administrative supervisory or coordination roles; * Solid knowledge in financial, tax, contract, and procurement management; * Familiarity with strategic planning and Quality Management Systems; * Proficiency in Office Suite (especially Excel) and management systems (ERP); * Analytical mindset, collaborative leadership, and systemic vision.
