




Description: Arlanxeo 2026/1 Internship Program, Triunfo RS Positions: Project Engineering REQUIREMENTS: * Currently pursuing a degree in Production, Mechanical, Control and Automation, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of English and Excel. * Basic knowledge of Power BI is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor field inspection and supervision of construction and installation services for industrial systems; * Assist in the coordination and execution of industrial system implementation projects, including strategy, planning, conceptual design, specifications, vendor selection, detailed design, installation, and commissioning; * Assist in developing new suppliers to meet new technical requirements arising from technological advances; * Support planning of field activities within project costs and deadlines; * Assist in meeting scheduled activity deadlines with on-site monitoring (supervision); * Assist in identifying engineering solutions to support resolution of industrial maintenance issues; * Assist in controlling and maintaining archives and technical documentation related to industrial systems; * Participate in studies and recommendations of new techniques aimed at optimizing operations and reducing costs; * Participate in planning and implementing improvement projects and testing phases. Finance REQUIREMENTS: * Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering; * Intermediate knowledge of English and Excel; * Basic knowledge of Power BI is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support monitoring administrative expense reports by area, providing explanations for major variances; * Assist in developing spreadsheets to support controllership and understanding processes to assist the team; * Support responses to IBGE and ABIQUIM surveys; * Assist in controlling packaging costs; * Assist in accounting entries for accruals and reclassifications; * Provide general support in controllership activities. Human Resources REQUIREMENTS: * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Basic knowledge of English. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in employee registration in internal systems; * Support sending benefit payments to employees (active and inactive); * Assist in populating indicator reports and other management information reports; * Assist in vendor payments by issuing purchase requests, tracking orders, and entering invoices into the system; * Assist in training and development programs; * Support hiring, termination, and employee transfer processes; * Support management of the Corporate Language Program; * Support archiving department documents; * Provide internal support to site employees and managers. Maintenance I \- Technical REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Technician program; * Basic knowledge of Excel. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, and compressors. Maintenance II \- Technical REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in an Instrumentation Technician program; * Basic knowledge of Excel.
