You’ll work in an agile, dynamic, and autonomous team! Responsibilities and Duties * Maintain and enhance medium-complexity technical solutions with moderate supervision and minimal support, by developing software requirements using the technologies involved in the project; * Understand the software architecture and be able to work within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities; * Create medium-complexity tests—either manual or automated—that cover the expected behavior of the developed technical components, using requirements and testing tools; * Document development stages by recording development activities in version control and documentation tools; * Collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; * Maintain software quality by verifying available processes, tools, and best practices for the product and technologies used; * Mentor junior developers by supporting their questions, sharing your knowledge, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation; * Detail low- and medium-complexity requirements through direct contact with customers and project-related departments; * Use predefined frameworks for solution development. Requirements and Qualifications * Programming Logic; * Knowledge of .NET / C#; * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, Vue, PO UI); * Intermediate-level SQL database knowledge; * Knowledge of code repositories and version control tools such as GIT or Azure DevOps; * Knowledge of unit and automated testing; * Knowledge of Software Architecture. Desirable Requirements * Experience or knowledge of Retail business rules; * Agile software development methodologies; * Knowledge of desktop programming languages (e.g., VB, Delphi, Centura, etc.).
