A professional responsible for collecting and organizing data, developing reports and dashboards, and identifying opportunities for improvement in production and administrative processes.

**Responsibilities**
* Collect, organize, and consolidate data from multiple sources in a structured manner, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
* Develop reports, dashboards, and performance indicators for managerial monitoring and decision-making.
* Identify improvement opportunities in production and administrative processes, proposing data-driven solutions.
* Map and analyze processes, identifying bottlenecks, waste, and critical points for optimization.
* Conduct time-and-motion studies, layout analysis, physical arrangement assessment, and material flow analysis.
* Design process flows, work instructions, and process manuals to ensure standardization of routines.
* Monitor performance indicators such as productivity, losses, operational efficiency, and OEE.
* Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and digitalization initiatives.
* Conduct root cause analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process automation.
* Ensure process compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental standards.
* Provide technical and analytical support to leadership and partner departments, contributing to more evidence-based decisions.
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:18 PM
**Requirements:**
· Completed undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields.
· Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
· Experience with statistical analysis tools, time-and-motion studies, process simulation, and project management.
· Knowledge of BI, Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement tools.
· Experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Salary: R$5.400,00 - R$6.500,00 per month
