Job Summary: Data Analyst responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical support to leadership and continuous improvement initiatives **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, organize, and consolidate data from various sources (CRM, ERP, internal spreadsheets, and others), ensuring structure and reliability. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity used in analyses and reports. * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance indicators for managerial monitoring. * Monitor customer service KPIs (SLA, AHT, NPS, first-contact resolution rate, among others). * Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement, proposing data-driven solutions. * Provide analytical support to leadership and partner departments to aid decision-making. * Automate repetitive routines and analytical processes to improve operational efficiency. * Prepare presentations with comparative analyses and results to support strategic decisions. * Support continuous improvement, innovation, and process digitalization initiatives, particularly in customer service. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:18 PM\. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, including report and dashboard development. * Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, Power Query, and macros). * Knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Ability to interpret complex data and generate strategic business insights. * Experience in continuous improvement and process digitalization projects. * Skill in presenting results and analyses to various organizational levels. * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and results orientation.
