Direct customer service **Job Description** * Prepare pre-preparations and final preparations of products according to recipes and technical specifications. * Perform sanitation of foods and raw materials used in the production process. * Provide customer service within their work area. * Carry out packaging and storage routines for products intended for sale. * Clean equipment used in the production process. * Support the deli and butcher departments as needed. **Work Schedule** * Monday through Saturday; Sundays on rotating schedule. **Prerequisites** * Must be over 18 years of age. • Prior experience in food handling is desirable. * Elementary education.
